This Dashboard Disclaimer applies to the dashboards, reports, visualisations, forecasts and AI-supported insights described on or delivered through CAQA Analytics, part of CAQA Groups and a Career Calling International initiative. It explains what our analytics outputs can and cannot tell you, and how they should be used within your organisation before decisions are made.
Every dashboard, report and model we produce relies on the accuracy, completeness and currency of the source data provided to us or connected to the reporting environment. If enrolment records, financial extracts, survey responses or system logs contain errors, gaps, duplicates or delays, those issues will flow through to the outputs. CAQA Analytics applies the data-cleaning and validation steps agreed in each engagement, but we cannot guarantee results that are built on source data we did not create or control.
Dashboards and insights are decision-support tools, not decisions. All outputs should be reviewed by competent personnel within your organisation - people who understand the operating context, the data and the obligations involved - before any operational, financial, regulatory or governance decision is made. Figures that will be relied on for board reporting, funding claims, regulatory submissions or financial commitments should be independently checked against source systems before use.
Statistical forecasts, predictive models and machine-learning outputs are estimates based on historical patterns and stated assumptions. Actual outcomes can and will differ, particularly when market conditions, policy settings or student behaviour change. AI-generated summaries and conversational analytics responses can contain errors or omissions and require human review before they are relied upon, republished or provided to a regulator, funder or board.
Dashboards display data as at the most recent refresh, which follows the schedule agreed in the engagement. Figures may lag the underlying source systems, and metrics can change retrospectively when late enrolments, amendments or corrections arrive. Always check the effective date of a dashboard before quoting its figures.
Market intelligence, competitor analysis and benchmark figures may draw on third-party and public sources that we do not control. We select sources with care but cannot warrant their accuracy or completeness, and third-party figures should be verified before being used in commercial or regulatory contexts.
Every metric on a dashboard reflects a definition: how a completion is counted, which enrolments are included, how revenue is recognised, or how a survey scale is scored. Those definitions are documented during the engagement and can differ from the definitions used by regulators, funding bodies or other software products. Before comparing our outputs with figures from another system or report, confirm that the definitions, date ranges and filters match. If a metric appears inconsistent with your expectations, ask us to walk through the underlying logic rather than assuming either figure is wrong - most apparent discrepancies come from differing definitions rather than data errors.
